Roadrunner email Settings to Complete Account Setup

Before you start setting up your roadrunner email settings, ensure that your device is connected to stable and high-speed internet.

Once it’s verified, attend the following steps one-by-one and make your roadrunner email work.

Note: If you’re using Roadrunner email on computer, right away jump to step 5. For Roadrunner email setup on phone, begin from Step 1.

  • Go to applications tray and tap on ‘My accounts’ option.
  • Next, select ‘Add account’ and choose an email icon for your roadrunner email to display on device.
  • Provide your full roadrunner email address with domain name in lower case. Also, type your roadrunner email password in the prompted field.
  • Uncheck ‘Automatically configure account’ box and click on Next button.

Setup Roadrunner email account Manually:

  • Open General Settings of your email client or server that you’re using to access roadrunner.
  • Here, confirm that all the settings are correct and click on OK button.
  • Next, click on Incoming server and type all the necessary details like server address, port value and your roadrunner email username and password.
  • Once completed, go to SMTP server settings and fill in all the details required in the fields.
  • Note: Uncheck Secure server and Verify certificate box.
  • Tap on OK button to complete the settings and again login roadrunner email for settings to apply.

Your account is now set-up.  If due to any XYZ reason, you can’t remember your password, learn to reset Roadrunner email password.
